Crockpot Nutella Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 5 cups milk (i use soy or almond milk)
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (i like dark chocolate)
• 1/2 cup nutella (hazelnut spread)
• 1/2 cup sugar (or sweetener of choice)
• 1 cup hot water
• whipped cream (optional)
• candy sprinkles (optional)

Recipe

• 1 combine cocoa, sugar, nutella, and hot water in large pan. stir, and bring to gentle boil.
• 2 transfer mixture to crockpot, and add milk.
• 3 stir, then cook on high for approximately 2 – 2 1/2 hours (or low for approximately 4 – 4 1/2 hours), or until hot.
• 4 pour into mugs, then top with whipped cream and sprinkles!
