Crunchy Cookie Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (515 g) package cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 chocolate sandwich style cookies or 10 vanilla cream-filled sandwich style cookies
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350xf.
  • 2 stir in cookies.
  • 3 bake according to package directions.
  • 4 bake according to directions for cupcakes (start checking the cupcakes about 10 minutes before the time indicated on package). meanwhile, prepare icing by melting chocolate and butter together.
