quick and easy eggnog

• 1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
• 1 cup peppermint mocha-flavored coffee liqueur (such as kahlua®)
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1 1/4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
