Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored soy milk
  • 8 chunks frozen pineapple
  • 6 frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 small banana

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • blend oats and chia seeds in a blender until powdery; add pineapple juice, chocolate soy milk, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana and blend until smooth.
