Chocolate, Strawberry, And Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup plain greek-style yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
