Desert Safe In-the-pan Brownies

Ingredients

• Servings: 28
• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 16 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
• 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
• 4 eggs

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 put shortening in 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan, allow to melt 5-10 minute add rest of ingredients and stir with fork untill well blended. level top with spatula.
• 3 bake 25-30 min or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
• 4 cool and cut into 2" squares.
