Cranberry Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cranberries, frozen or
- 1 tablespoon cranberries, fresh
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1/2 ounce dark chocolate
Recipe
- 1 stir together soy milk, water, almond butter, cranberries, raisins and honey and bring to a boil.
- 2 stir in oats, simmer until oats are done. while simmering, partly mash cranberries with the back of a spoon.
- 3 stir in one dash (or more if desired) of cinnamon.
- 4 fill into bowl and sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate (i use 85 %).
- 5 enjoy!
