French Chocolate

Ingredients

- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (real chocolate please)
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chilled whipping cream
- 8 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 in the top of a double boiler, over very hot but not boiling water, melt the chocolate chips with corn syrup and water.
- 2 stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted completely.
- 3 stir in vanilla and chill mixture.
- 4 beat the cream until stiff.
- 5 fold in the chilled chocolate mixture.
- 6 refrigerate until use.
- 7 heat milk until hot but not boiling.
- 8 to serve fill cup 1/3-1/2 full of cream and top with milk.
- 9 stir to blend.
