Grasshopper Torte

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons creme de menthe
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
Recipe
- 1 combine crumbs and margarine.
- 2 reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
- 3 press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
- 4 combine marshmallow creme, milk and creme de menthe, mixing with electric mixer or wire whisk until well blended.
- 5 fold in whipped cream.
- 6 pour over crust.
- 7 sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- 8 freeze.
- 9 variation: increase milk to 1/4 cup.
- 10 substitute a few drops peppermint extract and green food coloring for creme de menthe.
