Family Favorite Cheesecake Filling

Ingredients

• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 5 eggs, beaten
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

• 1 beat the cream cheese till soft.
• 2 add sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
• 3 bake at 350 deg. for 35 minutes.
• 4 add frosting and cook for another 10 minutes.
• 5 cool over night. (if you want, drizzle melted chocolate over it).
