Easy Banana Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) pkge. yellow cake mix
• 1 cup mashed very ripe banana
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract or 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
• 1/2 cup chopped chocolate-covered english toffee bars or 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl, beat cake mix, bananas, water, oil, eggs and almond extract with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
• 2 stir in chopped toffee bars or chopped nuts and pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
• 3 bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. cool.
• 4 if frosting is desired, a chocolate or caramel frosting works well. if no frosting is desired, top servings with caramel topping and sliced bananas.
