Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 soft banana
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup marshmallow cream

Recipe

• 1 in a blender, combine milk, cream, banana, cinnamon and salt. puree until very smooth and thick, pour milk mixture into a small saucepan and set over medium heat.
• 2 warm mixture, whisking constantly, until it just barely comes to a simmer. add both chocolates and marshmallow spread. whisk until completely melted and smooth.
• 3 ladle hot chcolate into espresso cups. if desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream.
