Delectible Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 4 tablespoons cocoa, heaping
• 1/2 cup wesson oil
• 1/2 cup margarine, melted
• 1 cup water
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 4 tablespoons cocoa (heaping)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 dash salt
• 6 tablespoons milk

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 inch cake pan. mix first 9 ingredients until blended. add buttermilk and blend well with an electric mixer. pour mixture into pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
• 2 mix remaining ingredients and use to frost the cake while it is still warm, but not hot.
