Crunchy Piped Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 230 g flour
- 50 g cornflour
- 30 g cocoa
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- chocolate sprinkles or nuts or colored sprinkles
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius.
- 2 cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
- 3 add in the egg yolk and vanilla essence; mix. sift all dry ingredients together and add to the butter mix; mix well.
- 4 spoon into a piping bag with has a nozzle attached. (i used the large flower tip)
- 5 pipe into little patty cases and then sprinkle with either chocolate sprinkles, nuts, hundreds and thousands or all three if you're feeling adventurous.
- 6 bake for 20-25 minutes and then let cool thoroughly.
