Crunchy Piped Chocolate Cookies

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 230 g flour
  • 50 g cornflour
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • chocolate sprinkles or nuts or colored sprinkles

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius.
  • 2 cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
  • 3 add in the egg yolk and vanilla essence; mix. sift all dry ingredients together and add to the butter mix; mix well.
  • 4 spoon into a piping bag with has a nozzle attached. (i used the large flower tip)
  • 5 pipe into little patty cases and then sprinkle with either chocolate sprinkles, nuts, hundreds and thousands or all three if you're feeling adventurous.
  • 6 bake for 20-25 minutes and then let cool thoroughly.
