Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup oil
• 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar

Recipe

• 1 mix dry ingredients in bowl.
• 2 beat eggs in another bowl.
• 3 add the sugar and vanilla- beat well.
• 4 add oil and beat.
• 5 add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
• 6 stir in raisins and zucchini.
• 7 pour batter into greased tube pan.
• 8 bake 350 for 1 hours.
• 9 serve with caramel sauce or ice cream.
