Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup soft margarine
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup sour milk (sour milk by using a tablespoon vinegar)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon clove
• 2 cups grated zucchini

Recipe

• 1 cream first 6 ingredients.
• 2 add all other ingredients except zucchini.
• 3 blend well.
• 4 stir in zucchini.
• 5 spread in 9x13 pan greased and floured pan.
• 6 sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
• 8 can omit chocolate chips and frost with creamy vanilla frosting.
