Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar, domino brand recommended
- 1/2 cup butter, softened (or you can use margarine)
- 3 -4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 place chocolate in heavy saucepan on very low heat. stir constantly until just melted. set aside to cool.
- 2 combine in large bowl, with mixer at low speed, confectioners sugar, butter, milk and vanilla.
- 3 beat at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy. add cooled chocolate and beat until combined. if desired, add more milk until frosting is spreading consistency.
