Frango Mint Pies

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 unsweetened chocolate squares, baker's brand melted and cooled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Recipe

  • 1 cream together butter and powdered sugar with a beater until well blended.
  • 2 add the melted, cooled chocolate.
  • 3 add the eggs and beat until blended.
  • 4 add peppermint flavoring and beat again for five to six minutes.
  • 5 place paper cups in muffin tin and spoon chocolate mixture into them.
  • 6 freeze until set.
  • 7 take them out 10 minutes before serving.
