Chocolate Malt Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
• 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate or 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1 1/2 cups malt drink powder (such as ovaltine)

Recipe

• 1 put chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
• 2 whisk together cream, milk and malt powder in a heavy saucepan. bring to a boil. immediately pour over chocolate.
• 3 let sit 5 minutes. whisk until smooth.
• 4 pour into a glass jar, cover and refrigerate.
