Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 large peaches
- chocolate truffle (optional)
- nonstick cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 cut peaches in half and discard of pit.
- 2 marinate peaches in vanilla
- 3 heat indoor grill pan on medium high heat until smoke rises.
- 4 spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
- 5 grill peaches for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- 6 (optional) fill the pit void with a chocolate truffle.
- 7 enjoy!
