Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 ounces lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/4-1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix gelatin powder and boiling water.
- 2 let sit until starting to set.
- 3 stir in ice cream until well blended.
- 4 stir in mini morsels and peppermint extract, if using.
- 5 pour into 6 dessert dishes.
- 6 chill until firm.
