Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 3 ounces lime gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream
• 1/4-1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl mix gelatin powder and boiling water.
• 2 let sit until starting to set.
• 3 stir in ice cream until well blended.
• 4 stir in mini morsels and peppermint extract, if using.
• 5 pour into 6 dessert dishes.
• 6 chill until firm.
