Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

• 14 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
• 20 large marshmallows
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 4 tablespoons green creme de menthe
• 2 tablespoons creme de menthe

Recipe

• 1 crush cookies and add melted butter.
• 2 press into 1 9" greased pie tin to form crust.
• 3 melt marsmallows with the milk.
• 4 whip creamand addto cooled marshmallow mixture.
• 5 add creme de menthe.
• 6 mix.
• 7 pour into pie crust.
• 8 freeze and serve.
