Grass Hopper Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 24 chocolate wafers
• 24 marshmallows
• 1/2 cup milk
• 4 tablespoons creme de menthe, green
• 2 tablespoons creme de cacao,
• 1 cup whipped cream, extra
• whipped cream, for topping

Recipe

• 1 melt butter in pan.
• 2 crush wafers and mix in with butter.
• 3 coat inside of 8 inch pie pan with mixture.
• 4 melt marshmallows in 1/2 cup milk.
• 5 stir in de menthe and de cacao.
• 6 fold in 1 cup whipped cream.
• 7 pour in pie shell.
• 8 freeze.
• 9 garnish around edge with whipped cream.
• 10 serve frozen.
