Ingredients
- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 3 -4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded candied ginger
Recipe
- 1 shred the candied ginger as finely as you can and set aside.
- 2 beat all remaining ingredients in medium bowl to soft peaks.
- 3 fold in the shredded ginger.
- 4 cover and chill up to 4 hours.
