Gingerbread Truffles

Ingredients
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml sugar
- 25 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate (high-quality)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and cream in a saucepan and bring gently to boil.
- 2 remove from heat and add butter and chocolate in small pieces; stir until butter and chocolate melt and the mixture is smooth.
- 3 add spices, mix.
- 4 transfer to the refrigerator and chill until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
- 5 shape into balls with moistened hands. roll in cocoa powder.
- 6 store in the refrigerator.
