Fruit Tart Appetizers #2, Chocolate Glazed

Ingredients

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (12 ounce) package wonton wrappers
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups fresh fruit, diced
  • 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • 3 place a round wrap into each cup and lightly spray the top of the wrap. the edges will be slightly ruffled.
  • 4 bake until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.
  • 5 let shells cool and store in an airtight container until you are ready to use them.
  • 6 in a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest until combined.
  • 7 spoon mixture into the shells.
  • 8 arrange fruit on top.
  • 9 drizzle with melted chocolate.
