Fran's Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup water, cold
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 put the flour and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
- 2 bring the margarine, cocoa and cold water to a boil and pour over dry mixture.
- 3 add to that mixture; the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 4 put in a greased jelly roll pan (deep cookies sheet) and bake for 20 min at 400 degrees.
- 5 frost as you like.
