Fran's Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup water, cold
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 put the flour and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
• 2 bring the margarine, cocoa and cold water to a boil and pour over dry mixture.
• 3 add to that mixture; the remaining ingredients and mix well.
• 4 put in a greased jelly roll pan (deep cookies sheet) and bake for 20 min at 400 degrees.
• 5 frost as you like.
