Family Fun Cheesecake

Ingredients

- 250 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 125 g natural yoghurt
- 142 ml double cream
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 lime
- chocolate chips or grated chocolate
- tinned mandarin orange
Recipe
- 1 put the biscuits in a clean teatowel or plastic bag and bash to smitherines with a rolling pin.melt the butter and mix biscuit crumbs in with it then line a loose bottomed 8" flan tin with the mix.
- 2 juice the lime
- 3 beat the cream,cheese,yoghurt,sugar and lime juice until thick.
- 4 spread this mix on the biscuit base and refridgerate.
- 5 when set(4 hours will do it,overnight is better)decorate with fruit pieces and chocolate.push base of tin upwards,wash up ring and enjoy.
