Edelweiss Fudge Pie

Ingredients
- 2 ounces german sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- 2 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 3 melt chocolate and butter together over low heat.
- 4 cool to room temperature.
- 5 in large bowl, beat eggs two minutes until foamy.
- 6 add the & brown sugars, beat at high speed one minute.
- 7 add flour, beat on low speed one minute.
- 8 add the chocolate-butter mixture and vanilla.
- 9 beat 1-1/2 minutes on medium speed.
- 10 pour into well-greased pie plate.
- 11 bake at 325 degrees 40 minutes.
- 12 cool.
- 13 serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
- 14 optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts may be added to mixture before baking.
