Chocolate Nut Torte

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 4 large eggs
• 3/4 cup artificial sweetener or 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Recipe

• 1 blend in a blender eggs and sweetener for 45 seconds.
• 2 add other ingredients in the order listed.
• 3 blend 2 minutes.
• 4 pour mixture into greased 9" round pan.
• 5 bake at 350f for 20 minutes or until skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
