Chocolate Myoplex Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (i use the almond breeze brand)
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or your choice of sugar substitute)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 scoop of myoplex protein powder (1/2 a serving or 39 grams)
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients first
- 2 then add all wet ingredients and mix well.
- 3 heat a fry pan/griddle and grease lightly.
- 4 pour small amount of batter (about a 1/4 cup) into pan and spread evenly with a spoon.
- 5 when bubbles appear on surface and begin to break, turn over and cook the other side.
