Chocolate Myoplex Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (i use the almond breeze brand)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or your choice of sugar substitute)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 scoop of myoplex protein powder (1/2 a serving or 39 grams)

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients first
  • 2 then add all wet ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 heat a fry pan/griddle and grease lightly.
  • 4 pour small amount of batter (about a 1/4 cup) into pan and spread evenly with a spoon.
  • 5 when bubbles appear on surface and begin to break, turn over and cook the other side.
