Chocolate Mousse...the Easy Way!

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 pour milk in heavy saucepan and heat to boiling point.
  • 2 combine remaining ingredients in blender container.
  • 3 pour in the hot milk, then blend at low speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • 4 pour into 6 custard cups, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • 5 garnish with mint leaves, homeade chocolate leaves and fresh fruit.
