Chocolate Mousse...the Easy Way!

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 pour milk in heavy saucepan and heat to boiling point.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients in blender container.
- 3 pour in the hot milk, then blend at low speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
- 4 pour into 6 custard cups, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- 5 garnish with mint leaves, homeade chocolate leaves and fresh fruit.
