Belgian Chocolate Mousse

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 250 ml cream

Recipe

  • 1 separate the eggs.
  • 2 mix the egg yolks with the melted chocolate.
  • 3 mix with whipped cream.
  • 4 mix with whipped egg .
