Gold Medal Chocolate Chippers

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups flour
• 3 cups chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350°f.
• 2 cream softened butter with sugars.
• 3 add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
• 4 add soda, salt and half of flour and mix until well incorporated.
• 5 add remaining flour gradually and mix until well incorporated.
• 6 stir in chocolate chips.
• 7 drop by rounded tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• 8 bake 12-15 minutes until edges are done and centers are still a little chewy.
• 9 cool on cookie sheet about 2 minutes.
• 10 remove to wire rack to cool completely.
