Double Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

- 1 lb semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1 lb chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup shelled pistachios
Recipe
- 1 line 13 x 9 pan with aluminum foil.
- 2 use enough foil to hang 2 inches over all sides.
- 3 melt semi sweet chocolate and stir in chopped ginger.
- 4 spread evenly in pan.
- 5 let stand for 1 hour.
- 6 melt chocolate.
- 7 let sit for 20 minutes and spread over semi sweet chocolate layer.
- 8 sprinkle with pistachios and cranberries.
- 9 press fruit and nuts gently into chocolate.
- 10 cover loosely.
- 11 let sit for at least 8 hours.
- 12 remove from pan using foil.
- 13 remove foil.
- 14 break into pieces.
