Double Chocolate Bark

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 lb semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 1 lb chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios

Recipe

  • 1 line 13 x 9 pan with aluminum foil.
  • 2 use enough foil to hang 2 inches over all sides.
  • 3 melt semi sweet chocolate and stir in chopped ginger.
  • 4 spread evenly in pan.
  • 5 let stand for 1 hour.
  • 6 melt chocolate.
  • 7 let sit for 20 minutes and spread over semi sweet chocolate layer.
  • 8 sprinkle with pistachios and cranberries.
  • 9 press fruit and nuts gently into chocolate.
  • 10 cover loosely.
  • 11 let sit for at least 8 hours.
  • 12 remove from pan using foil.
  • 13 remove foil.
  • 14 break into pieces.
