Chocolate-raspberry Triangle

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed and undrained
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 step1:
  • 2 heat oven to 350.
  • 3 in medium bowl, mix flour,sugar and butter with spoon.
  • 4 in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan, press dough evenly. bake 15 minutes.

  • 6 in 1-quart saucepan,mix raspberries,orange juice and cornstarch.

  • 10 sprinkle chocolate chips over crust.
  • 11 carefully spread raspberry mixture over chocolate chips.

  • 13 bake about 20 minutes or until rasberry mixture is set.
  • 14 refrigerate about 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.
  • 15 for triangles,cut into 4 rows by 3 rows, then cut each square into 4 triangles.
