Gorgeous Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

• 75 g butter
• 200 g sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 1 egg
• 250 ml milk
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 300 g flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 80 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 75 g chocolate (grated)
• 1 pinch salt

Recipe

• 1 in a bowl cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg. mix milk and vinegar and add it to the butter mixture.
• 2 in a second bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, cacao powder and chocolate.
• 3 blend the butter mixture into the flour mixture.
• 4 fill the dough into a lined muffin pan and bake at 170°c in the pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes.
• 5 if you like, melt a bar of chocolate and spread the muffins with it.
