Gooey Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 (18 ounce) package chocolate cake mix

Recipe

• 1 beat the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
• 2 beat in egg and vanilla.
• 3 add the cake mix and mix well (dough will be sticky).
• 4 cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
• 5 roll rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls.
• 6 place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees four 9-11 minutes.
• 8 cool on wire rack.
