Choc-bit Apricot Slice

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 125 g butter
- 125 g chocolate, bits
- 200 g condensed milk (1/2 can 395gr condensed milk)
- 250 g malt biscuits, crushed
- 125 g slivered almonds
- 200 g dried apricots, chopped
- lemon icing (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter, stir in the condensed milk, then cool.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 press the mixture into a slice pan, about 26 x17 cm and refrigerate.
- 4 top with lemon icing when cool.
- 5 and cut into sqaures or rectangles.
