Carmen Jackson's Chocolate Marshmallow Pie

Total Time: 5 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 prebaked pie crust
  • 18 marshmallows
  • 5 hershey chocolate bars with almonds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt the marshmallows, chocolate, and milk in the top of a double boiler.
  • 2 blend thoroughly and cool at room temperature do not refrigerate!
  • 3 whip the cream and fold it in with the chocolate mixture.
  • 4 pour into the pie shell and refrigerate for 5 hours.
  • 5 top with a thin layer of whipped cream.
