Fudge

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups marshmallow miniatures
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk over low heat. remove pan from heat and fold in mini marshmallows and vanilla.
  • 2 when mixture is well incorporated spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
  • 3 chill 2 hours or until firm.
  • 4 when firm turn fudge onto cutting board and remove wax paper. cut into squares and store leftovers in covered container in refrigerator.
